Rice Bran gets infected (Rancified) with Bacteria soon after it is milled and cannot be used for human consumption. Rice Bran contains lipase, an enzyme that causes the oil in the rice to spoil soon after the hull is removed.

In Malaysia, this super-food is used only for making animal feed or discarded as waste and we Human Beings do not benefit from it’s extensive nutrition.
